We are first time home buyers and I like planning. In effort to find a realtor that would be right for us, we set a goal to speak with or meet at least a dozen realtors that were referred to us by friends and narrow the search to a final three. My wife met Patty in passing at an open house and she heard our story and ended up dropping off information to our house shortly after. After my conversation with her and reading her reviews, I decided she would be one of the three that I would like to “interview” in person. By the end of our conversation, we decided that we wanted to work with her and actually made an offer right then on a house that she was the listing agent for - which I would have never imagined would have happened! Can’t say enough great things about her. Caring, knowledgeable, honest, responsive, good listener, great assistant (Rachel), represent-ed us extremely well with the seller (amidst being the seller’s agent), thoughtful, encouraging. We just closed last week and she still stays in touch and responds quickly to questions we have! Would highly recommend!
