Totally Awesome

I have purchased and sold homes several times in my life, but nobody, I mean nobody, even comes close! Patty is totally awesome! She sold our home without even having to list it and for a really good price! No open houses, no disruption. She was honest and direct and kept our expectations within the “reasonable zone”. I am blown away by her brilliant mind and mastery of her profession. She also helped us find and buy our new home. She kept in touch and was there whenever we needed her. Should I decide to buy/sell any other properties in North County San Diego, there is no one else I would even consider. She is exceptional and a real doll too, as is her very capable and lovely associate Rachel!
